ABSTRACT WORKSHOP
In 2024 I hope to host another Abstract Workshop similar to the one I hosted before at my home in Somerset over 2 consecutive days. My focus was to encourage participants to “let go” of their safety nets of canvas size, tools like paintbrush sizes and what image they want to paint. I wanted to encourage the concept of “ the plan is to have no plan”; to see what evolves; Experiment; Have fun. Art isn’t always about perfection!
LIFE DRAWING COURSE
I’ve been lucky enough to attend Life Drawing classes in Wales hosted by Niel Bally. The recent course I attended introduced a mirror behind the Life model which was really interesting to draw. Niel is an amazing tutor & I have attended his Portrait classes as well. https://artcourseswales.com
